Aśvattha will be moving to Greece this summer and would like to share with you this opportunity to practice together in this beautiful natural setting! The place we chose is the island of Donoussa, in Micro Cyclades, considered one of the pearls of the Aegean. We will be hosted by The Open Land, a reality run by John and his partner Zoi, both Yoga teachers. Yoga Retreat in Donoussa held From August 10 16 July 2017 with 5 days of practice and 6 overnight stays.

The place of the practice is on a quiet beach in Kalotaritissa Bay where The guys from The Open Land have built a platform and a Bedouin tent UVA that can contain maximum 14 people and two teachers. There are cooking facilities and that's where we will eat all day workshop.

We have never been to Donoussa, but we fell in love with the stories of who we were and stunning images of this wild little island, sheltered from the nightlife, little more than a rock in the sea. We fantasized about looking at photos of the retreat made last year and we imagined a seminar in full nature, in touch with the elements.

We expected about 18-20 hours of Yoga in 5 days of seminar to which you can add morning meditations (at the nearby Beach Kedros Beach before transfer to Mary Kaloritissa around the 8.30-9.30) and any treatments Thai Yoga Massage.
