Work continues on brainstorming with the new working group towards Darśana Vol. 4!
The collaboration with Gianfranco Del Moro and Marco Passavanti of AYCO, it is proving to be very rich and interesting to complete the in-depth work put in place in these years of continuous training.
We are still fine-tuning the title and precise contents but we can anticipate some contents – stimulus shared by Gianfranco Del Moro:

Today there is a lot of talk about awareness making it one of the most inflated terms, ma il buddha, creator of the term and of the concept (sati, print pali, and to die, in Sanskrit), at least in the way that interests us, what value he gave to this mental factor? It was so important in meditative practice in order to achieve liberation from suffering, goal that the Buddha had set himself? It mattered in everyday life? And just in case, as he suggested putting it into practice?
Today the term is a bit worn, we will try to regain possession of the original concept, making use of the words and original thoughts of the Buddha.
We will take advantage of this understanding to see mindfulness at work in our meditation practice. And not only: we will also do short practices of
asana to experience it in action and a short interactive workshop that will stimulate deep understanding of the concept.

What is the role of mindfulness in everyday practice?

While waiting to anticipate also the contents brought by Marco Passavanti, that in addition to being a practitioner he is an academic scholar and that, therefore, they will move on two channels, we can bring you the dates forward:

Saturday 4 is Sunday 5 February with Gianfranco del Moro
Saturday 4 is Sunday 5 March with Marco Passavanti

The formula will be the intensive one with precise times still to be agreed.

EDIT: here is all the info and the complete programme!

Like previous editions, also this cycle of training subjected to the scrutiny of YANI (National Yoga Teachers Association) to be recognized as valid as continuous training in order to obtain the credits required of already graduated and associated teachers, also for modular participation, where certified by us.
