THE ASSOCIATION

AŚVATTHA

Aśvattha is the solid form of a dream made by Alberto: a space entirely dedicated to yoga and the transmission of the teachings of Sri Sri Sri Satchidananda Yogi whose logo, designed by him, it clearly refers to an attempted reversal of perspective.
The Aśvattha association was born in 2012 but it is only in the 2013 that the dream takes on a concrete form, always by the hand of Alberto who designs and builds it entirely with the help of a group of friends.

With 10 years of activity in the Vicenza area, Aśvattha confirms itself as a center completely dedicated to Yoga, mainly following the tradition of Sri Sri Sri Satchidananda Yogi but also integrating it with other experiences, offering daily lessons led by Alberto, the founder, by Manuela. Aśvattha is a small family business that continues, in the small, to try to become one research space and sharing on Yoga both as an initiatory path and as a healthy path.

The good fortune to have two teachers who come from the same training, but they knew how to cultivate it in a personal way, with a continuous transfer between life and practice, it is the good fortune to be able to propose a broader vision on things, to give back a plurality that is vital to experience. Each brings to the sharing of the teachings not only what they have learned, but the way he received it, also influenced by their own personal characteristics: inclinations, training, life experiences.
If it's true, In fact, that a good Master is capable of declining his teachings on the basis of his students, it is equally true that, to a good pupil, it is in turn required not to “replicate” only the known and the learned, but to research and experiment in turn what is proposed, declining the teaching on its own peculiarities and possibilities.
For this reason the teachings change not only from teacher to teacher, and from pupil to pupil, but also over time, while coming from a common root.

Aśvattha is more than a practice center, it is a network of collaborations both with individuals and associations and also with institutional realities: for more details see Associative Curriculum.
Aśvattha is a reality that is always on the move and open to new experiences and collaborations!
