These closing months have been strange, but they also proved to be a possibility, as in many and many you have repeatedly reported to us.
A chance to listen, to explore what was already known but also to experience something new through the multitude of proposals from the web. It was nice to stay informed about yours “practice” from sharing messages, receive feedback to stimuli that we proposed through various channels and feel that the mode we had chosen, and about which we asked ourselves weekly, it was truly perceived as a possibility.
“Sometimes I think my three years in Asvattha have been my preparation for facing this moment.”
Here, Elizabeth's words are one of the quarantine shares and, if we were to synthesize the emotions we feel, this is exactly the phrase we would choose.

Ours is a small family-run center: small numbers and attention to detail.
The proposal we make is not always simple, we know it, especially in this moment where many energies and interests move around yoga.
We take this challenge for what we really believe it is: a path of research.

So we accepted this new situation: getting rid of the superfluous to give a good cleaning!
We took care of the hall floor, Wood, smoothing and nourishing it with natural products. We took the opportunity to refresh the walls by removing all but all the structures, from hangers to the bookcase, to be able to clean and care for them carefully.
For those who enter Aśvattha today it will be a bit’ strange not to see the library… we haven't put it back yet! We wanted to make changes and we will make them calmly: a larger and tidier library with a reading corner where you can prepare everything for the herbal teas and buffets that distinguish the study mornings.
The same room in this new guise “white” it looks bigger, and the fed floor looks even more beautiful and warmer than before.
Attention to detail is also attention to the choice of materials and, not secondary, of detergents. We will not make the environment pay for this health crisis! The choice that we have been pursuing for some time is to use ecological products that, however, meet the criteria for thorough cleaning, as this moment requires.

Ours is a small family-run center, we said, and our room does not allow large numbers.
That is why we are not afraid of the idea of quoting presences, especially in this season where the flow physiologically decreases.
If we had to say which is the perfect number to practice together… we would say 6!
So let's say that this particular situation we are experiencing brings us closer to perfection!
