On Sunday 23 June 2017 the seminar will be held at the end of the year our Association yoga.

In the day of practice will be offered extensive exercises and dynamic progressions in the year, with particular attention to the work on dock.
The morning practice will take time 8-12 and will be devoted to the traditional greeting to the Sun run in kumbaka, followed by the classic sequence of 10 positions and keeping them, with a focus on Sarvangasana (the candle) through the study of variations in order to encourage long-term maintenance.
The afternoon practice will resume at 15 It will focus on the work of the pelvis, key theme of this year's yoga, through the practice of Asana and sequences ad hoc, accompanied by techniques of Pranayama. The afternoon will end at 18 with a meditation.

Participation in the seminar is directed exclusively to the Association of Yoga Aśvattha.
