This time to welcome so many women who want to approach the practice we will host from the Together Cooperativa Sociale di Vicenza, Set on Via Basilio From Scola 255 (Google Maps).

During the day “We will learn the sequence of heating. After learning each asana sequence of daily, We will practice the entire sequence in 30 minutes. In the afternoon, memory and practice the entire sequence and anti-stress exercises. We end the day with a practice of YOGA NIDRA.”

Each session provides for a fixed sequence of 14 appropriately tailored exercises, including asana, stages of pranayama and energy techniques Tibetan. These last, in particular, exploit the energizing action of funneling breath in specific areas of the body, thanks to a concentration path and views guided by the teacher. Memorable stress phase with specific exercises and relaxation time with the practice of Yoga Nidra.
